Roomz

Once installed, Roomz displays support the use of shared rooms. As soon as an employee adds a meeting room to the calendar, it is shown on the display as "reserved". If someone wants to reserve a room on site at short notice, it can be booked spontaneously on the Roomz Display using the touch function. The Roomz Display is suitable for mounting on all surfaces, be it glass, wood or masonry, and is easy to install. It consists of a high-quality glass surface and an aluminum housing.

Workspaces are efficiently used and managed with Roomz. This is not only about meeting rooms, but also about huddle spaces or shared desks. Huddle spaces are small conversation areas that can be used for ad hoc phone calls or short meetings. Finding them on short notice is tedious and time-consuming. Here Roomz supports with the visualization of free areas in the existing floor plan. Roomz also has a solution for shared desks. Employees can select and book a desk via the myROOMZ WebApp. With an installed ROOMZ Desk Sensor, even available spaces can be displayed in real time.
