    Citrix Gateway bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit führende Remote Desktop Lösungen wie Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops wie auch Microsoft Remote Desktop Services weltweit für Ihre Mitarbeiter verfügbar zu machen.

    Die Zugangssteuerung kann dabei differenziert mittels verschiedenster Authentisierungsmethoden und Berechtigungen durchgesetzt werden. Benutzer können anhand von Zertifikaten, Mobile-Tokens, oder Telefonanrufen verifiziert werden. Selbstverständlich auch im Zusammenspiel mit der bestehenden ActiveDirectory-, Radius- und PKI-Infrastruktur. Basierend auf der nFactor-Technologie lassen sich mit Citrix Gateway massgeschneiderte Login-Portal für jeden Anwendungsfall kreieren, auch wenn die dahinterstehende Remote Access Lösung dafür keine Unterstützung anbietet. Mittels SSO werden Benutzer dann seamless am dahinter liegenden Portal eingeloggt.

    While applications on a small scale can usually be deployed on a server, complexity grows with increasing scaling. Applications for several 1’000 to 10’000 users are distributed to multiple arrays of front-end and back-end servers, with consequences not be underestimated for the connection handling.


    As a proven L4-7 load balancer, Netscaler ADC can be used for distributed Web applications such as Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, as well as for infrastructure services such as SMTP, DNS or NTP.

     

     

    As a central access point, Netscaler ADC accepts connection requests and distributes them to the various servers in the server farm. Targeted interventions in the connection handling can also be made on the basis of URL parameters, such as distributing the connections to specific servers using the URL string. The availability of the back-end servers is monitored. This allows connections to hosts being down or under maintenance to continue in real time.

    Placing it as an endpoint before the server farm allows to relieve those servers from CPU intensive operations such as negotiating the SSL connection. At the same time, it is possible to use SSL interception to read and remove harmful content out of the data traffic.

    Due to hardware support of Netscaler MPX with SSL ASIC, even highest traffic demands of the enterprise-class can be met.
