Microsoft Teams Telephony

Microsoft Teams offers not only a meetings and collaboration platform, but also a complete telephony system for your company. With Micorosft Teams telephony, it is possible to make incoming and outgoing calls from landline and cell phones via landline services (PSTN) in Teams, regardless of location.

No hardware is required for the connection. Using direct routing, the Microsoft Cloud, Teams telephony is connected to your desired SIP provider. Optionally, this is done with your own Session Border Controller or via a shared SBC platform.
