    Backups are not just for scaredy-cats. Anyone who thinks that is wrong. We believe that an adapted architecture, a well thought-out backup strategy and careful selection of software and hardware components play a key role in IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM).

    System crashes or malware impair the operation of the IT infrastructure. Without regular backups, companies often lose all their data.

    Constant data backups and backups are absolutely essential. Electronically stored information has a high value in the business environment. If a backup is missing, data recovery or data restoration is extremely time-consuming, expensive and possibly impossible.

    Create a well thought-out concept

    A backup creates backup copies of data on another system or storage medium. In order to protect data against all risks, the archiving duration and shelf life of the media are checked when selecting the medium.

    In addition, make sure that data is backed up regularly and check this backup. People often forget to insert the data backup tape or the backup does not work. If this goes unnoticed, you may be in for a nasty surprise when the backup fails.
