Corporate Files managed by OneDrive for Business

OneDrive stores documents and files. If data are synchronised locally, they can be accessed directly from the familiar Windows Explorer. The user defines which files are downloaded on the client and which are not.
OneDrive for Business offers each user at least 1 terabyte of storage space. Some subscriptions even offer unlimited storage space.

OneDrive automatically saves the former versions of a document. By right-clicking on a document, the user sees a “version history” and can restore old versions by himself.

Using OneDrive App, data from the iOS or Android smartphone can be retrieved or edited at any time.

OneDrive enables you to share data within your own company. These data can also be shared externally. Users without a Microsoft account can also use shared files.

In case of theft, OneDrive for Business remotely resets stolen devices. The Admin Center manages all users centrally, showing which data have been shared externally and who has accessed a document. In the latest version, the end user can even access backup functionality and reset his or her personal OneDrive to a specific date.

With this Outlook function, attachments from an email can be very easily stored in the personal OneDrive.
