    With OneDrive, you can save and share files securely, almost anywhere. Use the familiar interfaces of your devices: desktop, browser or mobile device. OneDrive automatically synchronizes changes in the cloud or locally with your PC or Mac. This allows you to edit content offline at any time or share it with others.

    OneDrive for Business

    OneDrive primarily offers support in the following areas:

    Mobile document storage & access

    Documents and files are stored in OneDrive. If the data is synchronized locally, it can be accessed directly via Windows Explorer. The user determines which files are downloaded to the client.

    OneDrive for Business offers each user at least one terabyte of storage. Some subscriptions even include unlimited storage space.

    Automatic versioning

    OneDrive automatically saves the old versions of a document. By right-clicking on a document, the user sees a "version history" and can restore old versions independently.

    Mobility thanks to iOS & Android app

    Using the OneDrive app, the data can be accessed or edited from the iOS or Android smartphone at any time.

    Collaboration also with external parties

    OneDrive allows you to share data within your own company. This data can also be shared externally. Users without a Microsoft account can also use shared files.

    Security

    With OneDrive for Business, stolen devices can be reset remotely. The Admin Center manages all users centrally. It shows which data has been shared externally and who has accessed a document. The latest version offers end users a backup function. They can reset their personal OneDrive to a specific date.

    Outlook integration

    This function in Outlook makes it very easy to save attachments from an e-mail to your personal OneDrive.
