How to monitor your IT - as a service or on-premises
We set up a monitoring solution according to our proven approach and customize it to your needs. We can provide you with PRTG network monitoring as a cloud service. All we need is a server in your network on which the monitoring software is installed. This software performs the queries in the network and forwards the information in encrypted form to the PRTG Core Server, which is operated in the highly available Leuchter CLOUD. The core system analyzes and archives the data and triggers the appropriate notification via email, SMS, pager, etc., if necessary.
Use server and network monitoring
After integrating the service into your server or network, you may choose the type of monitoring and how to respond to a failure condition. You first decide who is the recipient of the failure notifications. These can be received by your company or forwarded to the Leuchter ServiceDesk. In the latter case, we respond to each failure immediately, by prior arrangement, and in many cases before the end user becomes aware of the failure. As part of the monitoring service, we take care of the maintenance of the service and constantly expand it.
