We provide you with PRTG Network Monitoring as a cloud service. All we need is a server in your network on which the monitoring software is installed. This software performs the queries in the network and forwards the information to the PRTG core server in encrypted form. The core server is operated in the highly available Leuchter CLOUD. The system analyzes and archives the data and triggers the corresponding notification by email, SMS or pager if required.
Once the service has been integrated into your server or network, you can choose between different types of monitoring and ways of reacting to errors.
First, you define the recipient of the failure notifications. These notifications can be received by your company or forwarded to the Leuchter ServiceDesk. In the latter case, we respond immediately to each failure by prior arrangement, often before the end user notices the fault.
As part of the monitoring service, we also take care of the maintenance of the service and are constantly expanding it.
