The managed service also offers smaller companies the opportunity to master this challenge economically and minimize investment risks in a targeted manner.

    Your business services securely available worldwide

    Leuchter CLOUD Secure Access Service enables the worldwide provision of virtual workstations and applications. They are provided from your internal IT infrastructure, Microsoft Azure or the Leuchter CLOUD.

    Your employees use a web portal to log in via smartphone, tablet or laptop. They use their company access data. The Cloud Secure Access Service also offers various authentication factors:

    • MobileTokens - login with smartphone token ID
    • App Authentication - login with one click on the smartphone
    • Image authentication - login completely without a token using an image
    • Certificate-based authentication - X.509 certificates

    This is even possible if your published application or VDI solution does not support MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication).

    • Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop
    • Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
    • Microsoft Office 365
    • Microsoft Outlook Web App, Outlook Anywhere and Exchange Active Sync
    • Microsoft SharePoint

    Pay per use and investment protection

    The secure and highly available provision of business services for mobile workers usually requires complex and cost-intensive investments in the IT infrastructure. The Leuchter CLOUD Secure Access Service solves this problem with a pay-per-use approach.

    The costs are based on the number of accesses and services. Billing takes place on a monthly basis. This eliminates the investment risk in expensive infrastructure. Instead of long-lasting and expensive licensing costs and maintenance contracts, you only pay one amount that consistently and flexibly minimizes costs.

    This is how it works!

    You define which services you want to make available to your employees via the Leuchter CLOUD. Our specialists establish a connection between the Leuchter CLOUD and your data center location. They then publish the desired service.

    Depending on the authentication option selected, your employees will receive additional factors such as mobile tokens, user/machine certificates or an authentication image. If an employee accesses the service from home, their mobile office or from a public WLAN (train, hotel, café), a secure connection is established. Their login data is checked in real time. Once they have successfully logged in, all IT services are available to them in accordance with your authorization concept. Changes to access authorizations are implemented immediately.
