Microsoft does not offer centralized management for individual Outlook signatures in its Outlook product. This means that emails are not always signed in a company-compliant manner, as each person uses their own Outlook signature. This problem is difficult to solve without additional software. One option would be to communicate to employees that they must create their own email signature in line with the corporate design. Alternatively, the IT department could, with considerable effort, provide each employee with a signature on their PC. However, practice shows that both approaches often do not lead to the desired result.
