Integration into company systems

The standard product from Leuchter Software Engineering AG integrates seamlessly into your company system. It personalizes signatures and out-of-office messages with data such as company name, user name, department, function and title of the mail creator. It obtains this information from your existing peripheral systems. This includes the Active Directory, an HR application such as SAP or Sage 200 or another data source (database, Excel).

Dynamic and versatile software

The software is dynamic and creates autosignatures for all mail text formats (HTML, RTF, TXT). It works both online and offline as well as for OWA. Administration is rule-based and time-dependent with several admin roles. Multiple signatures per user are possible. Disclaimers can be integrated into Signgate to ensure compliance. Changes to the disclaimer text are made centrally so that all emails sent contain the current disclaimer.
